What’s so great about taking a home study course?

The popularity of home study courses have grown immensely over the years, to the point where studying from home is now the norm for continued adult education.  With archaic stigmas being confined to where they belong, history, you can now take a home study course in just about anything.  But why IS home study so popular?

Here are my Top 5 reasons:

1. You can study your course wherever you like, at home, work, on the beach, in the pub, wherever! 
2. You can work at your own pace and complete your home study course in your own time.  No pressure.
3. You can fit your home study course around your other commitments, such a family or work.  No need to be tied down to attending a college week in week out.
4. Home study courses offer great value for money.
5. Home study courses are ideal for professionals that want to add to their skill set without having to take time off work, and thus losing money. And if you run your own business they’re tax deductible too!
