Is Business Coaching worth it?

By Leigh Hunt on June 13th, 2007

Sport and business are not so different.  In both you need to be mentally and physically fit to perform at your best.

It’s perfectly acceptable for an athlete or sportsperson to have a coach.  In fact, forget acceptable, it would be weird if they didn’t.  Why?  Because in order for an athlete to be at the top of their form, they need to maintain the right mental set.  A coach is essential to help them do that.

It’s no different for a business person.  And in particular, if you’re a solo-entrepreneur, it can do your business wonders to have a business coach or mentor keep you mentally focused, and on target to reach your goals of greater wealth, balance, or whatever you’re looking for.

So, is business coaching worth it?  Too right it is!!
